Outstanding students are chosen based on their participation, leadership, and engagement during their CORE academic classes. Students character,
behavior and interactions with their peers are also taken into consideration. These students have gone above and beyond this quarter, and will be rewarded with lunch one Friday from Woody's as well as Friday morning donuts.

The outstanding 
students for the first quarter are:
Layla Shirey and Jayden Martin

The following students have been nominated by their peers for the Citizenship Award. Students are selected by their peers for exhibiting the qualities of responsibility, initiative, perseverance, trustworthiness, honesty, respect,
compassion and courage. These students will be rewarded with donuts one morning.
