ILMS Robotics Club Wraps Up Season

The ILMS Robotics Team recently wrapped up their season with an online competition. The Robo-Lego Geek Squad competed in the First Lego League State Championship Round via Zoom. 

Coach Jana Core said the team continues to learn and grow, "They did really well on answering the questions. They were more in-depth this time than last time. As far as the robot, they've reached the point they know that simple is better."

This year's First Lego League Robotics challenge was called "Replay" and the theme was about exercise. Team members are tasked with using their robot to move equipment around the gym area, lift weights and even perform a victory dance at the end of the course.

The Indian Lake Middle School Lego Robotics team continues to get in shape this season!

They recently qualified for the state championship and they continue to perform "robot rounds" to practice and track their advancement.

Final judging will take place virtually in mid-March.
