Attention consumers!
ILMS 6th grade science students recently performed a useful experiment.
In a lesson on controlling variables, the students tested the strength of four different brands of paper towels. They used the same size paper towel and wet it with the same precise amount of water. Then they placed pennies on the towels, one by one, to determine how many pennies each towel could hold.
Their results through several class periods?
Bounty 2-ply paper towels made from new paper hold an average of 245 pennies, making them the strongest of the tested towels.
Good to know!!
